Requirements
The Reach mobile application offers the flexibility to access its features from your device, allowing you a comfortable and mobile experience. However, it is essential to meet certain requirements to ensure optimal compatibility and smooth performance.
Minimum Requirements for Android
To ensure the proper functioning of the Reach app on Android devices, your phone must meet the following minimum specifications:
Operating System
- Minimum Android version: Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher.
Required Permissions
- Internet access: The app requires an Internet connection to function properly.
Technical Requirements
- Available storage space: At least 100 MB free.
- RAM: Minimum 1 GB (2 GB recommended for better performance).
- Processor: Compatible with 32 or 64-bit ARM architectures.
Minimum Requirements for iOS
To enjoy all the features of Reach on Apple devices, your iPhone must meet the following conditions:
Operating System
- Minimum iOS version: iOS 13 or higher.
Compatible Devices iPhone 6s or newer models (all those supporting iOS 13 and above).
Required Permissions The app needs access to the following elements to function properly:
- Camera
- Microphone
- Photos
- Location (when the app is in use)
Technical Requirements
- Available storage space: At least 100 MB free.
- RAM: Minimum 1 GB (2 GB recommended).
- Processor: 64 bits (all iPhones from model 5s onwards include it).
App Notification Settings
To verify that the app permissions are correctly configured, follow these steps:
- Go to the device Settings.
- Select the Applications section.

- Find Reach and go to the Permissions section.
- Important: make sure the option “Pause app activity if unused” is disabled (as shown in the screenshot).
- Check the notification permissions. All should be enabled, as indicated in the example screenshot.
