Conversation Tray
Within the “Conversations” menu, the left side of the screen features the “Conversation Tray,” which unifies all new conversations or interactions that users have with your business into a single inbox.
Channels
After associating your digital channels in Reach, all new incoming messages will start arriving in a unified inbox. Each interaction’s channel can be identified through the icon appearing at the bottom right of each message:
Facebook Messenge
Messages from the Facebook page(s) associated with the Reach account through direct messages.
Instagram Direct
Messages from the Instagram page(s) associated with the Reach account through direct messages.
WhatsApp Business
Messages from the WhatsApp Business account(s) associated with Reach.
Facebook
Comments made by users on Facebook posts associated with Reach.
Instagram
Comments made by users on Instagram posts associated with Reach.
Telegram
Messages from the Telegram account(s) associated with the Reach account.
