Campaings

Campaigns are mass messages sent through Whatsapp using a file with your customers’ contacts. Create and customize your content, and decide whether to send your campaign immediately or schedule it to be sent later.

1. Within the “Conversations” menu, select the “Campaigns” submenu at the top of the screen.

2. Select > “New Campaign.”

3. Identify your campaign by placing a name in the “Name” field.

4. Choose the campaign channel > “WhatsApp.”

5. Write the campaign objective in the “Objective” field.

6. Select the template to send within the > “Template” option.

7. Choose > “Continue.”

8. Upload the contact file containing the phone numbers.

9. Click > “Continue.”
