Mobile Application

To activate Reach notifications on your mobile application, follow these steps:

• Log in to the application.
• Go to the conversations section.
• Tap on the three bars located at the top left of the screen.
• Select “Push Notifications”.
• Enable the three available options.

Web Browser

To enable Reach notifications on your web browser, follow these steps:

• Go to Reach and locate the address bar in your browser.
• Click on the padlock icon next to the platform’s link.
• Within the dropdown menu, find and enable the notifications option.
