The Monitoring Dashboard plays a crucial role in keeping track of agent activity, response times, handled conversations, and completed sales.
Table 1: Account Summary
This first table provides a concise summary of the entire account. It includes the average response time of all ongoing conversations, the number of conversations received between yesterday and today, and the number of unattended conversations. It also shows the total sales made during the month, both in monetary terms and the number of orders.
The second table provides detailed information about each agent’s performance individually. For each agent, it shows whether they are online, offline, or absent at the time of monitoring. It also provides data on the number of conversations assigned to each agent during yesterday and today, and the number of open conversations. Additionally, it displays the average response time for each agent.
The Monitoring Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of agent activity and conversation status, enabling more effective management and informed decision-making on our platform.
