Question and Answer Flows

Question and Answer flows are a fundamental tool of the Interactive Bot that allows automating responses to the most frequent queries from your customers. This functionality is designed to quickly and efficiently answer frequently asked questions.

Flow Creation

Step 1:

  1. Interaction Name: Define a clear name to identify the flow. For example, “Business Hours.”

  2. Description (optional): Provide additional details that describe the purpose of the flow.

  3. Example Phrases: Write phrases that users might use to trigger this interaction. It is important to separate them with commas ”,” to ensure each response is recognized. Example:

    • “What are your business hours?"
    • "Until what time are you open?”
  4. Include in Menu: If you want this flow to be available in an options menu, activate it and write a menu name that is easy to understand.

  5. Save and Continue: Click the “Create Interaction” button to save the initial flow configuration.
