Information on Created Orders

Orders

  1. Once within the “Conversations” menu, at the top of the screen, select the menu > “Orders”.

  2. On the left side of the screen, you will find a section to customize the period of information to display.

  3. In the central panel of the screen, you will find general information about the orders. Press any of the boxes at the top if you wish to filter information by order status.

  4. If you want detailed information about each order, hover over the order and select it; the following data will be displayed:

    Order summary

    With payment and billing details as well as the payment link generated if necessary to share through a different channel.

    Chat detail

    With the specific section of the conversation between the customer and the merchant in which the payment link was shared.

    Records

    With detailed information on each payment attempt or successful transaction recorded for the payment link generated through Reach.

  5. On the right side of the screen, you will find the total orders generated by each agent within the customized period. It is important to mention that the table will be available to all users who have access to independent orders. However, only the administrator will have access to the order data of agents. In the case of a user with the agent role who has access to this section, they will find the table available but without the data of their colleagues.
