Downloadable Reports

The Reach download reports section allows users to generate and receive detailed reports on conversations, orders, and more, facilitating the management of heavy data. From now on, the conversation detail report will be sent directly to the user’s email, simplifying access to information.

Request a Report

1. Access the reports section: In the top bar of Reach, go to “Reports” and select “Conversations”.

2. Select the “Downloads” option: On the left side, choose this option to access available reports.
3. Generate the report: In the conversation detail report:
   • Select custom dates (start date and end date).
   • Press the “Generate” button located on the right side of the dates.

4. Receive email: Once completed, you will receive an email with the link to download the report.

Notes: If a similar request already exists in process, the system will avoid duplicates. The report generation time depends on the volume of data requested.
