Reports in Reach

Within Reach, you will also have access to a reports section that you can utilize for better control of your response times, peak traffic hours, and conversation status per agent, among other metrics. Below, we will detail each of the available reports and how to generate them

  1. Once in the menu > “Conversations,” navigate to the top of the screen and select the option > “Reports.”
  2. Within the dropdown menu, select > “Conversations.”
  3. If you wish to download any of the reports explained in this section, press the “Download” icon at the top right of each section.
  4. If you want to customize the report generation period, select > “This week,” which is the default period, and choose any of the available options from the dropdown menu.
