  • Conversations: This section is responsible for managing and facilitating communication with customers across connected channels. It is divided into two main parts: the Monitoring Dashboard and Conversations.

  • Orders: Access the order management functionality that simplifies the efficient handling and consultation of your orders. View and manage essential details such as payment amount, product type, and payment conditions.

  • Campaigns: Access the history of sent campaigns used to send mass messages to customers. Create and customize your content, and decide whether to send it immediately or schedule it for a later time.

  • Reports: Access conversation, comment, sales, customer satisfaction, and campaign reports, as well as download them.
